Seven is a zone-control mage who denies space with chain lightning and area denial. His kit is built to punish teams that group up, and his Storm Cloud ultimate turns a contested objective into a no-go zone.

Core Identity

Seven's damage spreads. His Static Charge and chain-lightning effects let one cast hit multiple enemies, so his numbers balloon against grouped teams. His ultimate, Storm Cloud, calls lightning over a wide area while he channels โ€” devastating over an objective, but it roots him in place.

Positioning is everything: Seven wants a safe angle to channel from, with his front line between him and the enemy.

How to Play

  1. Punish grouping. Drop your area spells when the enemy stacks for an objective.
  2. Channel from cover. Storm Cloud is only scary if they cannot reach you.
  3. Zone first, kill second. Seven's value is denying space, not necessarily securing the kill.
  4. Stack spell power. His kit scales best with raw ability damage.
  5. Save cooldowns for the objective. Blowing your ult on a single enemy is almost always wrong.

Ability Upgrade Order

| Priority | Ability | Reason | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | Storm Cloud | Team-fight and objective impact | | 2 | Static Charge | Reliable multi-target damage | | 3 | Chain Lightning | Wave clear and poke | | 4 | Weapon | Last priority |

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Massive area damage against grouped enemies
  • Excellent objective and zone control
  • Strong wave clear for fast rotations

Cons

  • Stationary during his ultimate โ€” easy to focus
  • Weaker in isolated 1v1 duels
  • Relies on teammates to create safe channel angles

Team Fight Tip

Coordinate your ultimate with allied crowd control. A single well-timed stun from your front line is the difference between a full Storm Cloud channel and a wasted one.
